Fast & Reliable Mainland UK Delivery
LEVFilterShop will ensure that all orders are processed as quickly as possible.
We aim to process orders within a maximum one working days of receipt of payment. We dispatch orders Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:00pm. Any orders received outside these hours will be processed on the next working day.
Please note that you can choose which address you would like your order to be delivered to during the checkout process.
Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only and orders may be delivered to you in one or more deliveries.

Delivery Information
We aim to ship orders of products that are in stock, received before 12:00pm (APC), to be shipped same day, on a standard next working day service for Mainland UK addresses. Areas including parts of Scottish Highlands and South West England will be on a 2-3 day service.
For non-standard products that are made to order/non stock, a lead time will be stated on the product page or at checkout.
LEVFilterShop will make every effort to ensure your order is delivered on time as stated on your confirmation or invoice.

LEV Filter Shop may change the courier or delivery partner to ensure the best service is provided.

We are pleased to inform our customers that we can ship many products to continental Europe and beyond.
Our international deliveries services are available for most filtration products within our range. We do not currently allow customers to place international order online however we would be happy to

Delivery Instructions
If you are not going to be in on the delivery date and wish to leave instructions for the courier, please leave a signed note stating the details. LEV Filter Shop will only be responsible for the goods until they are delivered by our Courier, as per your instructions. If the delivery address is changed through a tracking link or portal whilst the order is in transit, this is the responsibility of the courier to honour the information provided. If you need to change an address prior to an order being shipped, contact us at orders@levfiltershop.com
Orders may be delivered to you in multiple deliveries. We will do our utmost to inform you of multiple deliveries if required. If you have not received your full delivery please check the courier Tracking provided, or call us on 0141 892 6698 and we will check this for you.
If you have received an incorrect item or have not received an item that you have ordered, please contact us by phone or email to advise of this within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. We are unable to take responsibility for delivery discrepancies that are not reported within this timescale and with adequate information. Please view our Returns Policy Here.
