RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

LEVFilterShop.com want you to be completely happy with your order.

Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within a period of 7 working days, beginning the day after delivery to you. If no such action is taken, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. However, at our discretion we may offer an exchange of goods for items returned after seven days but before 28 days. We will let you know when we have received the goods and you will receive an email confirmation for your exchange. You may be charged postage for the replacement item at the appropriate cost. We may charge a restocking fee for a percentage of the order if an item is incorrectly ordered or not required on receiving the goods.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

This applies to all of our products except customised items. We can accept returns of complete product, which are unused, untainted and "as new" condition. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a claim for a return if we believe that a customer is taking advantage of this returns policy.

When returning items please ensure that you include the original packaging and packing slip, that the items are suitably protected against damage in transit and that you use a suitable recorded and insured delivery service. Items must be received by us within 7 working days after the day of the date that the item was delivered to you.

Refunds can only be given on items received by us. We will not accept any responsibility for the loss and/or damage of items in transit.

To cancel your order, please contact us by phone or email. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

Providing the items you return are in a resaleable condition with the original packaging we will issue a refund on the purchase price once we satisfactorily receive the returned goods and once the transaction has cleared through our bank. All refunds are subject to a restocking fee at the point of delivery depending on the manufacturers returns policy. All refunds will be issued by the same payment method as that was originally used to pay for the items. Please note that we are only able to process returns and refunds when dealing with the original purchaser of the goods. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

If your order has been confirmed but not yet dispatched, you can cancel or amend the order by emailing us at orders@levfiltershop.com or by telephoning 0141 892 6698. If your order has been dispatched you will need to return the items at your own expense to the address given below.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or delivered in a damaged condition please call us on 0141 892 6698 or email us at support@levfiltershop.com and return the goods to us within 10 days of receiving the order. We will replace the item, deliver the replacement free of charge and refund your return postage costs. Refunds can only be given on items received by us. We suggest you use a form of recorded and insured delivery when returning items.

EXCEPTIONS & NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as used filters, ducting and hose), custom products (such as special orders or custom items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials that may be stored in filters, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and process complete, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EUROPEAN UNION – 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase for your order.

We cannot accept any returns from the European union after 14 days. Please note that you will be responsible for returning the goods to LEVFilterShop and any costs involved.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

COMPLAINTS

Any complaints should be sent to us in writing at the address above, or by email to supoort@levfiltershop.com .We aim to handle any complaints as quickly, fairly and confidentially as possible.

RESTOCKING FEES TABLE BY MANUFACTURER

Levfiltershop.com provides items manufactured by third parties, and a as distributor we are subject to a restocking fee if an item requires return to the manufacturer directly.
